Training:
Our people are leaders in their area of expertise. We have
designed a learning system that ensures colleagues have the
techniques and deep knowledge to be industry leaders and fulfill
their personal development goals. These opportunities are
provided in many different forms, including instructor-led,
computer-based, and self-paced training. We try to make it easy
to learn the way you want to learn.
The Learning Organization provides opportunities for employees
that are directly linked to our business strategy and to our
culture.
Employers within our Delivery organization also attend a
custom-designed week of training, which provides them with
additional knowledge that is specific to their role. During this
week of training, our employees learn the details of our
solutions delivery methodology as well as applications and
processes that are specific to their discipline.
Self-Directed Training:
We also provide learning opportunities for our employees upon
their request. The opportunities provided are based on an
analysis of development needs and project requirements and range
from very specific technical applications to professional
skills, such as effective facilitation skills and business
writing. Employees can take advantage of the opportunities
provided to develop new skills or prepare for their career
progression.
