The Solution:
MaxITgroup proposed a team of individuals to handle the entire scope
of the effort. This team was comprised of resources with the
following skill sets: change management, configuration testing,
systems testing, help desk operation, course development,
editing, training, Unix application development, and PeopleSoft
application customization.
The entire team consisted of 15 consultants.
The bulk of these resources were course developers and stand up
trainers. MaxITgroup assisted in managing the acquisition of the staff
and supplied a project manager who is a trainer and provides
management, scheduling, and assistance with the hiring of the
staff.
