Provided  Various State Government sectors for  upgrading Networking Installations and People Soft v7.5 to v8.0. In addition to the technical challenges.

The Solution:
MaxITgroup proposed a team of individuals to handle the entire scope of the effort. This team was comprised of resources with the following skill sets: change management, configuration testing, systems testing, help desk operation, course development, editing, training, Unix application development, and PeopleSoft application customization.

The entire team consisted of 15 consultants. The bulk of these resources were course developers and stand up trainers. MaxITgroup assisted in managing the acquisition of the staff and supplied a project manager who is a trainer and provides management, scheduling, and assistance with the hiring of the staff.

MaxITgroup has a long and successful history with this state, having assisted them by providing ERP resources, mainframe developers, help desk resources, and trainers on previous engagements. Consistently delivered are qualified resources to the state at competitive prices.
